St. Cloud Cares is a joint effort of the congregations of Cornerstone Family, Canoe Creek Christian, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic, Soul City, Grace Lutheran and St. Luke and St. Peter Episcopal Churches to address the growing problem of hunger in our community, particularly that of Families in Transition (FIT) in the elementary school in and around St. Cloud.

FIT Families are determined and classified by the Osceola County School system as having no permanent home and live in motels, campgrounds, vehicles or with other families. School personnel also determine other children in need who would benefit from the program.

Since August 2012 we have been providing weekly CarePacks to students through the contributions of our church members in the form of food items and financial support. Each CarePack weights from 5-6 pounds and contains 10 food items. The food items are inexpensive and available inmost local supermarkets. Most importantly – children will eat them.

St. Cloud Cares is a 501 C-3 organization and is operated solely by volunteers from our great community. Please call 407-908-5607 for more information about St. Cloud Cares.
