Thrift Store Donation Truck

The St. Vincent de Paul Society Thrift Store Donation Truck is here at STA the first weekend of every month. It’s open before and after all Masses to accept your donation. Types of items that the SVDP Thrift Store accepts and can’t accept.  When the truck visits our Parking Lot the first weekend of each month, they can only accept the items that can fit in your car. For large items, call to schedule a home pick up. Thank you for helping us help others!​

Yes!

  • Bicycles. (Very good condition only)
  • Board games, games, and puzzles. (New only!) 
  • Clothing, shoes, accessories. (All sizes, all seasons) 
  • Electronics, cameras, flat Screen TVs, cell phones, computers, laptops, and radios. 
  • Floor lamps and table lamps. 
  • Household dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. 
  • Jewelry, gold, silver, vintage, and costume. 
  • Linens, blankets, bed sheets, curtains, throw pillows, bath towels and rugs. 
  • Media, video, DVDs, records, CDs. 
  • Musical instruments, small pianos. 
  • Outdoor equipment or garden equipment. 
  • Picture frames and framed art. 
  • Small appliances, blenders, coffee makers, microwaves, and toasters. 
  • Travel toiletries, shampoo, conditioners, lotions, tooth paste. (NEW only!)
  • Appliances, dryers, stoves and washing machines. 
  • Furniture, book shelves, chest of drawers, coffee tables, couches, dining tables, dressers, TV stands, etc.

No!

  • Large carpet rolls. 
  • Large area rugs. 
  • Baby items, car seats, cribs, playpens, and strollers. 
  • Baby bottles. (Unless new & unopened) 
  • Clothing with stains, tears, fraying or mildew. 
  • Headboards unless part of a complete bed. 
  • TVs older than 5 years. 
  • Exercise equipment, stationary bikes, treadmills or weight benches. 
  • Elliptical or free weights. 
  • Home improvement items such as doors, cabinetry and toilets. 
  • Wired-in lighting fixtures or ceiling fans. 
  • Paint or tile. 
  • Bed pillows. 
  • Cassettes, computer games or home recordings. 
  • Large pianos or organs. 
  • Gas-powered equipment or gas cans. 
  • family pictures or portraits. 
  • Non-working or incomplete small appliances. 
  • Used hygiene items. (Only new & unopened) 
  • Non-working appliances or dish washers. 
  • China cabinets, hutches, entertainment centers, large desks, or armoires.
